东京热 Builders and SVA Architects teamed up for the Design/Build American High School project.
This project included the addition of 8 standard classrooms, 10 science labs incorporated into 2 two-story ground-up buildings. 东京热 assisted with design, constructability review, schedule acceleration options, estimating, and value engineering. In addition, the District added 5,000 square feet of restroom facilities to the scope and 东京热 completed the additional work and still met the original schedule. To address noise and traffic concerns, deliveries were scheduled before and after school hours. To ensure that there wouldn't be any interference with school schedules and activities, all tasks were with an elevated noise level were scheduled accordingly.
