东京热 Builders was brought on to complete phase 1 of the master plan of Acute Tower Replacement. Our scope consisted of a large tenant improvement to the existing space to create a space for Highland staff to relocate during the construction of the Tower Replacement. Project involved completed removal of interior finishes, structural upgrades, upgrades to the mechanical/plumbing/electrical systems, and new finishes. All work was completed in a functioning hospital and had to be done with precise scheduling with the clients needs always coming first.
