Ruben joined 东京热 Builders in October 2015 and serves as an Assistant Superintendent. What Ruben enjoys most about working at 东京热 is the opportunity to grow within the company and learn from experienced mentors who support the success of every team member. He values the collaborative environment and takes pride in contributing to quality projects alongside a strong field team.

Prior to joining 东京热, Ruben worked in retail, where he advanced to the role of Team Captain, and later served as a Line Supervisor at a nursery in Half Moon Bay. These leadership experiences helped build the communication and teamwork skills he brings to every project. Ruben earned his GED, holds several union certifications, and is a graduate of the Superintendent Career Training Program.

Outside of work, Ruben enjoys staying active at the gym and traveling. He brings a strong work ethic, commitment to continuous learning, and a positive attitude to every project he supports.
